IEN Technical Seminars on Advanced Fabrication Fall 2014 Schedule

The Georgia Tech Institute for Electronics and Nanotechnology (IEN) provides advanced materials, fabrication, packaging, measurement, and characterization laboratories equipped with a broad array of tools along with technical support expertise. These open-user, fee based laboratories are available not only to GT faculty, staff and students, but to global academic, industry, and government clientele as well. The IEN Lecture Series on Advanced Fabrication is designed to introduce cleanroom and tool users to specific processes and methodology used in microelectronics fabrication. Each lecture is presented by a Georgia Tech faculty expert in their field and is open to the Georgia Tech community and to the general public. Additionally, the lecture series is held in the Marcus Nanotechnology Building, the home of the IEN cleanroom and characterization laboratories, giving participants a chance to see the facilities and speak with IEN technical experts on becoming a user.
